Set Up Your TCC Accounts

1. TCC Student Portal / Student Email

*It may take up to 24 hours after you receive your Welcome email to be able to access your Student Portal and email account.

Review step by step instructions.

  1. Go to my.shushijia.net
  2. This will take you to the Portal Login page. Click on CLICK HERE TO LOGIN
  3. Create and sign in with your username by following the example below.

Your Username is comprised of: your first initial, your full last name, the last 3 digits of your ctcLink ID number and the day you were born.

NOTE: If you put your preferred name on your admissions application, your username will be first letter of your preferred name followed by your full last name.

  1. Click on Next
  2. Set up the Multi-Factor Authentication.
    • Click "I want to set up a different method" to choose from three secure verification options: personal phone number, personal email, or the Microsoft App Authenticator. You will receive a code to your chosen method, enter the code, click Verify, and click Done.
    • Repeat the process to set additional Multi-Factor Authentication methods.
  3. When logging in for the first time, your Password will be your 9-digit ctcLink ID number (TCC student ID). You can change your TCC password here.
  4. Then click Sign in.
    • You will now see your TCC Student Portal, where you will find links to the student email, Canvas, ctcLink, etc.

If you are having issues setting up your accounts, please email Entry Services with your full name and ctcLink ID for help.

2. Your ctcLink Account

Review step by step instructions.

  1. Go to my.shushijia.net and sign into your TCC Student Portal
  2. Find and click ctcLink
  3. A new page will open. Click Activate Your Account at the bottom of the sign-on box.
  4. Complete the required fields to activate your account. Your ID Type will be *ctcLink ID (new) and you will enter your student ID number (this is also your ctcLink ID number). Click Submit.
  5. Complete the required fields to set your password. Enter your personal email (you will receive an email with a code to verify your authenticity), select a secuirty question and type your answer, enter your personal phone number for additional account recovery, and type in your password. Your password must be a least 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Confirm your password and click Submit.
  6. A pop-up should appear confirming your activation. Click OK
  7. Close out of ctcLink and the browser altogether.
  8. Reopen the browser and sign into the TCC Student Portal, then click ctcLink to sign in.
